Cancellation Policy

The Golf Lounge Non-Member Terms & Conditions By booking at The Golf Lounge (“TGL”), you agree to the following policies: 1. Booking & Access: All non-member sessions must be reserved online in advance. A 1-hour minimum is required for every booking. Additional time can be added in 30-minute increments with separate bookings. Bookings may be made up to 5 days in advance and are subject to availability. Each session is private for your group only. Non-members may reserve the lounge during public hours (6:00 AM – 11:00 PM). 2. Rates: Non-members are charged $60/hr on weekdays and $75/hr on weekends for each additional hour beyond the initial booking. All prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. 3. Guest Policy: Each booking allows the primary guest plus up to 3 additional guests (maximum group size: 4). There is an additional hourly charge for EACH additional guest - past first four guests. All guests must be registered and sign a waiver before entering the lounge. The booking guest is responsible for their group’s behavior. 4. Payment: All payments are due at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 3 hours before scheduled booking may receive a credit for future usage. Cancellations made within 3 hours of appointment time are not eligible for credit. No-shows will also forfeit any credits or payments made. 5. Cancellations & Changes: You may cancel or modify your booking up to 12 hours before your reserved time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may not be refunded. 6. Waiver & Liability: All guests must sign the TGL waiver prior to participation. Use of the facility is at your own risk. By booking, you agree to release and indemnify TGL from any liability for injury, loss, or damage. 7. BYOB & Conduct: Guests aged 21+ may bring their own alcohol (BYOB) for personal consumption. All alcohol must be consumed responsibly and on-site. No underage drinking or open containers may leave the lounge. Disorderly or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal with no refund. 8. Facility Rules: Respect the facility, staff, and other guests. No animals (except service animals), illegal substances, or misuse of equipment allowed. 9.
